Ms. Kiruthika (Senthil Nayaki R.), Founder and Lead Educator of Tuvakkam – The Learning Garden, is a passionate early childhood educator with over 14 years of experience in nurturing young learners during their most important developmental years.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Secretaryship. Her teaching journey began as a Pre-primary Teacher at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Reliance Foundation School (KDRFS), followed by experience as a Lead Teacher at a reputed global school in Delhi NCR. She has also worked across schools in Delhi NCR and Coimbatore, gaining diverse classroom experience.
A certified phonics and Jolly Grammar educator, she is trained in multiple phonics methodologies, including Jolly Phonics and advanced sound systems. She also holds certification in storytelling, helping children learn through joyful and engaging experiences.
Her teaching philosophy, “Listen, Learn & Grow,” is rooted in the belief that every child can develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love for learning in a nurturing environment.

Tuvakkam – The Learning Garden is an integrated after-school English language program designed for children aged 3 to 8 years. We specialize in nurturing foundational skills in language, arts, and reading through structured levels of Phonics, Grammar, and engaging learning methods.
Our journey began with a mission to support children in meeting the growing demands of today’s fast-paced world. We observed that many young learners struggle not due to lack of ability, but due to limited opportunities for consistent and meaningful practice. Tuvakkam was created to bridge this gap by providing a nurturing space where children build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love for learning during their most formative years.
In Tamil, Tuvakkam means “The Beginning.” We believe that every child’s lifelong learning journey should have a gentle beginning.
